After seeing an increase in the number of calls from concerned pet owners about potential misuse of common cleaning items, the veterinary toxicology specialists at Pet Poison Helpline put together a brief video highlighting the dangers of using these products, and how to safely protect pets (and family members) during this pandemic.

About Pet Poison Helpline

Pet Poison Helpline is available 24 hours, seven days a week for pet owners and veterinary professionals who require assistance treating a potentially poisoned pet.

The staff provides treatment advice for poisoning cases of all species, including dogs, cats, birds, small mammals, large animals and exotic species.

Pet Poison’s fee of $59 per incident includes follow-up consultation for the duration of the case.
