I was looking for an inexpensive bird bath for my yard and I came across Best Choice Products Outdoor Pedestal Bird Bath on amazon.com.
It received very good reviews overall, and, at 22.99 (free shipping) it was definitely inexpensive, so I decided to order it.
By the way, if you are looking for this or another birdbath, or any pet products on Amazon for that matter, we highly recommend using Wikibuy, which we at Wow My Pet Did That?! recently posted an article about. The app will help you find the lowest price on products you are searching for and it has saved us a lot of money.
Anyway, the birdbath came in the mail in a box, which had me a little worried because I’m not a big fan of assembling products.
However, as soon as I took the pieces out, I was excited to see they looked like they were going to result in a really cute birdbath.

Also, it looked like it was going to be easy to assemble. And it was. All it took was about three or so minutes of screwing the parts together, popping the birds on top into place, and it was in one piece.
I also really like the way it looks in my garden. It holds about a gallon of water, which I added after I took this picture.

Here are the specifications from Amazon and a video from the company if you are wondering about size or more about the look:
Specifications:
Overall Dimensions: 13.5″(L) x 19.5 “(W) x 32″(H)
Pedestal Base: 14.5″(Dia)
Weight: 5.28 lbs.
Material: Plastic
Since it is plastic, it doesn’t weigh very much, but I was looking for something easy to move and lightweight. Some other buyers on Amazon recommend placing rocks around the bottom to keep it from tipping over, which I might do. However, I will probably bring it into the garage in the winter and before major storms just to make sure it doesn’t go anywhere and stays in good shape.
In short, I am very happy with this product. It really added a very nice visual touch to garden area and was pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Plus, the price was right.
I don’t have any pictures of birds visiting it yet, but, check back… I will post pics of birds using the bath as soon as I can.
